At Corsearch, our client relationships are our top priority. So, we’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who is proactive and passionate about Corsearch, our products and services, and most importantly, our clients.
Our Account Management team is responsible for owning, growing and developing commercial relationships with our clients. As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting 50-70 Enterprise clients.
We will provide a flexible work environment in which you will be able to work remotely. In addition, you will have the opportunity to travel to client meetings, industry events and join committees to advocate for brand owners and understand the emerging trends within the industry that could ultimately impact your clients.

Own the commercial relationship for your account book of key customers with a focus on maintaining and growing revenueServe as key point of contact for an account book of key customers working towards a gross renewal target and revenue targetBuild and maintain strong relationships with your customersAchieve assigned renewal, upsell, and cross-sell targets by collaborating with internal partners to ensure high customer usage and satisfactionManage risk assessment plan for your account book with next steps and actions in place for accounts identified at riskManage renewal of contracts, commercial discussions, and the annual customer contract and renewal cycleNegotiate and execute contracts to maximize annual recurring revenueNegotiate annual price increasesIdentify, develop, negotiate and convert new upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesMeet with customers virtually and in person when appropriate to drive a consultative and partner-based sales approachUnderstand each customer’s fiscal year and budget cycles and their contract and procurement processesKeep Salesforce.com and other support tools updated with timely, relevant, and accurate informationForecast weekly, monthly, quarterlyCollaborate with sales team and other commercial team members to identify and grow opportunities within your account bookKeep up to date with all major product updates and be able to articulate their value to our clientsBe able to articulate any new products and services and their value propositionClearly communicate progress of initiatives and campaigns to internal and external stakeholders✅Essential
Previous experience in Account Management with commercial responsibility for renewals and growthPrior experience of supporting Enterprise clientsExperience in roles requiring frequent customer facing and interactionTrack record of meeting and exceeding revenue targetsExperience working in technology or SaaS companies, preferably in the IP spaceAble to articulate complex solutions and deliver business cases that resonate with our customersStrong research, problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to create clear messaging to articulate and promote the business use cases of new technologyExperience delivering business cases, account plans, and regular business reviewsAble to collaborate with cross functional teamsDemonstrable knowledge of procurement, contract process and negotiationStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsMEDPICC or other sales methodology training preferredWillingness to travel about 25%
