The Opportunity
As a Sales Estimator, you’ll be the friendly expert who guides clients through the first steps of their project, helping them dream, design and plan with confidence.
You’ll represent a company that believes in doing the right thing , treating people well, and backing every commitment with action. You won’t just sell paint jobs, you’ll build relationships, solve problems and create trust that lasts long after the last coat dries.

What You'll Do
Meet with homeowners and business owners to understand their vision, goals, and challengesProvide detailed, accurate project estimates using our proven systemsOffer professional recommendations on finishes, colors, and design detailsBuild and maintain relationships through consistent follow-up and communicationNetwork in the community and grow your pipeline through local connections and referralsCollaborate with our production team to ensure a seamless handoff for each projectManage your schedule, appointments and client notes efficiently using our technology toolsAttend sales training, team meetings, and product knowledge sessionsWhat You Bring
