Job description

Role

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Director of Consultant Relations, to join our team. You will play a critical part in supporting our marketing efforts, managing event logistics, and providing comprehensive reporting using Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining Salesforce databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Generating detailed reports and dashboards to track marketing, event performance metrics and key consultant data points.
  • Analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinating and executing a variety of events in partnership with marketing. This includes trade shows, conferences, webinars, and internal company events.
  • Handling all logistical aspects of events in partnership with marketing. This includes venue selection, vendor management, travel arrangements, and on-site support.
  • Ensuring events are executed smoothly, within budget, and meet organizational goals.
  • Assisting in the development of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Creating, editing, and managing content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, and website updates.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging for consultants and their teams.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate experience with Salesforce (or comparable CRM), including reporting and data analysis.
  • Demonstrate organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in event planning, logistics, content creation and digital marketing tools.
  • Able to to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

    Maximum : 162,600 USD
