Position Overview

GreenSky a leading financial technology company powering commerce at the point-of-sale through innovative lending solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Content Manager to drive strategic content initiatives while maintaining excellence in creative execution. This hybrid role combines strategic leadership responsibilities with hands-on content creation managing a small team while actively contributing to content development across multiple channels and formats. Youll work at the intersection of business strategy and creative excellence scaling our content operations to support our expanding fintech ecosystem of Merchants Consumers and stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead content strategy aligned with business objectives and market priorities.
• Scale content operations and workflows to support growth without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on go-to-market content plans.
• Manage and mentor a small team setting clear roles and performance metrics.
• Create compelling content across web social video ads presentations and collateral.
• Ensure brand consistency and conduct research for accuracy and relevance.
• Streamline production with templates agile planning and repurposing strategies.
• Maintain quality standards through editing and adherence to style guides.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing product and sales teams.
• Track KPIs and analyze performance to optimize content strategy and ROI.
• Oversee multiple projects budgets and timelines using project management tools.
• Drive continuous improvement in content operations and workflows.

Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary for this role ranges from $90000 per year to $115000 per year. Compensation will be determined by several factors including relevant knowledge skills and experience. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus within a comprehensive total rewards package alongside a full suite of medical dental vision disability insurance life insurance 401k retirement benefits paid time off paid holidays and paid personal / sick time.
