Early-career position with strong growth opportunity within the Rudolph Libbe Group. Work with multiple project managers, estimators and superintendents as needed across multiple projects. Ultimately responsible for correspondence to owner / architects, subcontractors, and field associates. Assist in managing projects and developing estimates.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist project managers and estimators with the following :

• Strict adherence to Rudolph Libbe safety practices and procedures
• Project planning and implementation of activities
• Procurement of labor, materials and equipment
• Document control including submittals, methods statements, safety reports, drawing logs and associated tracking processes
• Meeting minutes development and updates
• Subcontractor coordination
• Estimating
• Contracts administration
• Cost control
• Travel to jobsites as required by PM and / or superintendents
• Customer success and satisfaction
