Summary :
As a skilled Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care in a variety of clinical settings, demonstrating professional independence and a keen awareness of your patients' needs. You will engage in both routine and complex care while focusing on long-term goals, helping you navigate the challenges of clinical nursing effectively. Your role will involve assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities to enhance the overall management of clinical situations.
Responsibilities :

- Deliver nursing care following the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice through comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.
- Address the complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families, tailored to your practice level.
- Administer medications and treatments as per established protocols while monitoring for side effects and assessing treatment efficacy.
- Accurately document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care processes.
- Identify learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers, including necessary resources and support.
Job Requirements : Education / Skills :
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is preferred.Experience :
One year of experience in a related nursing specialty is preferred.Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications :
BLS certification required.RN License in state of employment or compact.Work Schedule : 7 PM - 7 AM
