Regional Business Development Director
The Regional Business Development Director will identify and develop new business opportunities for Vantage within the AI infrastructure ecosystemfocusing on foundational model developers, GPUaaS providers, OEMs, and hyperscalers. This role will drive early leasing velocity by aligning Vantage's data center capacity with customer demand and serve as the regional lead for AI ecosystem partnerships.
Essential Job Functions
- Build and manage strategic relationships with key AI infrastructure partners (e.g., NVIDIA, OpenAI, Anthropic, Dell, AWS).
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of AI-native customers, GPUaaS providers, and OEM partners.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales, product, and technical teams to accelerate deal execution and capacity leasing.
- Act as the primary relationship manager for targeted customers and partners in the region.
- Build joint go-to-market initiatives with OEMs and hardware providers to unlock new customer opportunities.
- Represent Vantage at conferences, industry events, partner forums, and meetings with government or sovereign AI stakeholders (expected travel : 2530%).
- Provide market intelligence on competitor activity, policy trends, and customer demand to inform global strategy.
- Ensure alignment of Vantage's offerings with customer requirements, escalating feedback to leadership and product teams.
Job Requirements
Previous experience working with key vendors in the AI or cloud ecosystem.Proven background in enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships within cloud, data center, or hardware / OEM ecosystems.Deep network across AI-native companies, OEMs, hyperscalers, or GPUaaS providers.Strong strategic relationship-building skills, capable of engaging at both executive and operational levels.Commercial acumen with the ability to structure complex deals and understand financial drivers.Technical fluency in GPUs, AI workloads, and hardware ecosystems; able to translate technical needs into business solutions.Regional expertise and familiarity with local market dynamics, regulatory environments, and cultural nuances.Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to work seamlessly across sales, product, and operations.Entrepreneurial, proactive mindsetcomfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficiency in English required, additional regional languages a plus.Results-driven, focused on pipeline growth, relationship conversion, and measurable revenue impact.Physical Demands and Special Requirements

Additional Details
