• 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday schedule
• 16 patients per day
• 6 - 9 month commitment
• Follow-up and established patient visits only
• Inbox coverage for absent providers
• Independent work within team-based care model
• Cardiology imaging and diagnostic testing interpretation required
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills required
