Insurance Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking an Insurance Associate Attorney to join a leading national law firm in Philadelphia.

About the Role :

The firm is looking for an attorney with 3 to 4 years of litigation experience who is motivated to handle a steady volume of insurance litigation while also being part of a strong, collaborative team. The role offers flexibility in hours with commensurate compensation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handling a steady caseload of insurance litigation matters
  • Working directly with clients and insurance industry groups
  • Participating in business development opportunities early in your career
  • Collaborating with a team that represents some of the nation's largest insurance industry clients

Qualifications :

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Bar admission required in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Strong litigation experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Anticipated salary range : $225,000 – $255,000 , depending on experience and location
  • Performance-based and discretionary bonuses
