Is on-call REQ? Yes, on call is required. min 1 weekday call (M-Th), 1 wkend / mo (Fri-Sun)

Will this traveler need to float between like units?

• Floating may be required to the general OR.

Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes, the manager would be accommodating on case-by-case basis.

Locals accepted : No. Local radius rule : more than 50 miles from the facility.

RTO Restrictions : Limit to 2 requests, must be in submission.

Patient Diagnosis : Daily Average Surgical Case Volume : 55, PREFERRED : Adolescents

Special Procedures : CABG, AVR, AAA, MVR,VATS,RATS, Carotid Cutdown, Mediastinoscopies, Pericardial Window, Tamponade, Minimally invasive cardiac surgeries

Sterile Processing Experience

REQUIRED : General, Cardiovascular / Thoracic, Laparoscopic

PREFERRED : OB / GYN, Plastic, ENT, Urology, Robotic, Ortho, Ortho / Totals, Neuro / Crani, Transplant
