Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage all staff members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food and beverage costs.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and standards to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and coordination.
- Prepare and submit financial reports, including sales, expenses, and profit / loss statements.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in a similar management role within the hospitality industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Knowledge of health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and industry best practices.
