Licensed Practical Nurse - Multiple Shifts Available

Join our dedicated team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)!

As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional nursing care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include administering medications and treatments in alignment with our established medical and nursing care plans. You will collaborate closely with the Head / Charge Nurse to ensure that all residents receive top-notch care on your unit.

• Continuously assess and monitor residents' behavior, symptoms, reactions, and progress, communicating findings with the Nurse Manager / Charge Nurse.
• Administer and accurately document all medications in accordance with policies, physician's orders, and Department of Health regulations, while performing treatments based on specific physician directives.
• Engage in discussions regarding the need to discontinue or adjust any medications or treatments with the Nurse Manager / Charge Nurse.
• Responsible for ordering prescribed medications, notifying the pharmacy of any discontinued treatments, and ensuring the accuracy of medications and dosages received from the pharmacy.
