Assist with respiratory compromise of all types, including chronic ventilation. Provide care for hematology / oncology patients. Deliver post-operative care for orthopedic, neurosurgical, and gastrointestinal / genitourinary cases. Support children with spinal fusions. Provide care for patients with eating disorders and diabetes. Maintain a nurse-patient ratio of 1 : 4.
