Our growing Bear, DE program is looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSP)! The DSP will provide individual supports and services that enable an individual to acquire, retain, or improve skills to help them live as independently as possible.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR DSPs WORKING WITH INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE A BEHAVIOR SUPPORT PLAN (BSP) :

Comply with behavior support policies and procedures and implement approved Behavior Plan (BP).
