Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred, ideally in a long-term care or rehabilitation facility. Current CPR / BLS certification. Covid Vaccination Card Valid photo ID NIH(ASA) 2 Supervisory References Responsibilities : Provide and coordinate direct nursing care in accordance with established facility policies and physician orders. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor, assess, and record patients health conditions and vital signs. Communicate changes in patient condition to the healthcare team. Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other staff members to ensure quality patient care. Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all care provided. Support infection control, safety, and patient rights policies.
