Facilities Operations Manager

Monday-Friday from 8am to 4 : 30pm

Day-to-Day :

Insight Global is hiring a Facilities Operations Manager to work for a large healthcare client and serve in a management capacity over engineers and all utilities-related activities. This position will be responsible for maintaining and operating the Physical Plant, Chillers, Boilers, H.V.A.C., Mechanical, Electrical, Medical Gas, Vertical Lift, Plumbing, Sewage, and other Utility Systems of the facility while promoting safe working conditions. This person will attend department manager meetings and hold regular one-on-one meetings with all staff.

Must-Haves :

• High School Diploma OR GED.
• Experience with house building systems.
• Experience as a supervisor or manager in related areas of work.
• Universal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certification.
• A recognized journeyman trade license or mechanical trade license such as : Journeyman Plumber, Journeyman Electrician, Maintenance License, HVAC license (e.g., TACLA / TACLB).
