Facility in Durango, CO seeking GI locums coverage

Pay rates :

$3500 with 4 hour gratis included.

$470 / hr call-back.

Night call $500 with 2.5 hours included.

Orientation $200 / hr.

• Sept 16-20 : 8 AM - 5 PM only
• Oct 7-11 : 8 AM - 5 PM only
• Oct 14-17, 18 : 8 AM - 5 PM only
• Oct 28-31, Nov 1-3 : Includes 24-hour call on Nov 2-3
• Nov 4-8, Nov 25-27 : 5 PM - 7 AM
• Nov 28-Dec 1, Dec 2-5, Dec 6, Dec 8-20 : Includes 24-hour call on Dec 8
• Dec 23-24, Dec 26-27 : 8 AM - 5 PM only
• Jan 20-31
• Setting : Call, Clinic, Emergency Room, Inpatient, Outpatient
• Trauma Level : III
• FTE : 1.0
• Required Procedures : Scoping, EGD, Colonoscopy, Manometry, Flex Sigs, 24-hour PH Probe
• Job Duties : Signing all orders and notes, rounding (hospitalist handles admissions)
• EMR : EPIC
• Support Staff : MA, NP / PA, RN
• Anesthesiologist Support : Available onsite
• Credentialing Information :
• Timeframe : 60-90 days with malpractice cases
• Emergency Temp Privileges : Available (7-14 days)
