Key Responsibilities

Analyze data and generate reports to improve operational efficiency

Conduct coaching sessions and performance evaluations to identify training needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience

4+ years in logistics systems or IT support with application and infrastructure troubleshooting experience

Experience supporting logistics or warehouse management systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using ticketing systems

Working knowledge of SQL
