PRIMARY PURPOSE : To develop the marketing strategy and provide project management for one or more of the following areas : branding, content development, digital strategy or market intelligence.

• Branding focuses on all brand activities including maintaining global identities in concert with legal and other marketing areas and oversees brand-related initiatives including high-level integration initiatives.
• Content development oversees writing and design for all lines of business and audiences (internal and external).
• Digital strategy oversees digital applications with complex deliverables as a part of Marketing's promote and engage efforts.
• Market Intelligence provides strategic support and oversees market and competitive intelligence.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

EDUCATION & LICENSING : Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in marketing or communications preferred.

EXPERIENCE : Eight (8) years of experience in marketing, communications, market research or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE :

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $75,000-$90,000. A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits.
