Job description

Frank Myers Auto Maxx in Winston-Salem, NC is now hiring as many as 4 smiling, happy, fun and POSITIVE people to handle in / outbound communication primarily designed to schedule appointments.

If you have the 'gift of gab' and are comfortable handling scripted calls, please apply.

Automotive knowledge NOT necessary.

Immediate training and ongoing support are provided.

You will join a small team in a highly collaborative and upbeat department.

Responsibilities include the following :

  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Reschedule missed appointments.

Outbound lead follow-up :

  • Internet inquiries, Unsold traffic, lease renewals, money owed, etc.  Answer ALL incoming phone calls according to a proven, pre-set script, and schedule sales appointments  Update customer changes in database.
  • Contact current customer base on current marketing incentives ​Job Requirements Confident and professional phone manner Strong computer and Internet skills Call Center, collections, inside sales experience is a plus Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results Submit to and successfully complete pre-employment drug test This is a full time position.

  • Ashley is conducting in-person interviews Monday-Friday from 10am until 6pm.
