Key Responsibilities of the Junior Account Executive

Promote Frontier’s residential telecom services through structured Direct-to-Door outreach, engaging new customers in assigned territories.

Conduct thorough needs assessments and recommend customized solutions for Frontier’s internet, TV, and wireless offerings.

Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead engagement, account setup, service activation, and post-sale follow-up.

Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and client acquisition benchmarks.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, service recommendations, and account updates using Frontier’s CRM system.

Represent Frontier with professionalism, product knowledge, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Collaborate with team leads to refine outreach strategies, share insights, and enhance overall customer engagement efforts.
