GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY
At Costa Vida, we serve AMAZING. Starting with all things fresh, we make everything from scratch and take pride in creating delicious meals for our loyal customers. Since we have fresh ingredients and give fresh food quickly, we attract a culinary crowd that craves an exceptional dining experience. We are not fast food; we are fresh food. The Prep Cook Team Member function will consist of the following roles : Line Cook, Runner, Flat Top, Char Grill, Tortilla, Hot Prep, Cold Prep, and other non-management roles as assigned.
