Sr. Civil Engineer- Municipal Team Lead

LaBella has an immediate opening for a Team Leader in our Municipal Group. Reporting to the Discipline Leader, this position is responsible for leading a team of project managers, design professionals and technical support staff working with public sector (Municipal and State agency) clients and projects throughout the NY . The position is in our Syracuse, NY office.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Project development, client interaction, project management and technical design primarily for public sector clients (municipal, county, state and non-profit).
• Project management responsibilities include development of professional services proposals, management of projects and clients, development of technical approaches to projects, and participation in public presentations / engagement process.
• Develop projects with clients and then oversee and manage the project design and construction while interfacing with the client.
• Managing the project design requires interacting with less experience staff along with training and mentoring them.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications :

Salary Range :  ($115,000 - $145,000)

The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
