Schedule : Full-Time, flexible 4 10's or 5 8's. No on call.

Compensation : $91,749 - $128,045 per year (DOE) + potential for increases based on certifications

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans that help patients regain mobility, function, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and home exercises

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

Education : Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required

Experience : 1+ year of physical therapy practice preferred (New grads welcome to apply!)

Licensing : Active and unrestricted Washington State PT license before start

Certifications : Current BLS certification
