Role Overview
The Manager of Corporate Communications will support the implementation of internal engagement plans and craft compelling communications content that supports BD's commercial strategy. By aligning messaging, storytelling and collaborator engagement, this role will help drive employee engagement and a customer-centric narrative to support the company's focus on accelerating growth. This individual will lead content creation for a range of primarily internal audiences across BD's commercial organization and support the execution of communications strategies that drive commercial excellence and enhance internal initiatives across the organization to drive strategic customer engagement and revenue growth.
The manager will be a strong writer with a background in internal communications and employee engagement, with experience in message development for use across multiple internal channels. Reporting to the Senior Director of Executive Communications, this individual will collaborate with colleagues across BD to develop impactful communications tools and messages that support strategic customer priorities and commercial objectives. This role is based at our Franklin Lakes, NJ World HQ.
