Property Manager - Luxury Multifamily

At Percy, we’re building new ways to help talented professionals find meaningful careers in the multifamily industry. We’re currently seeking a high-performing Property Manager to lead operations at a Luxury multifamily property in downtown Charleston, SC.

This is a prime opportunity for an experienced property manager who’s passionate about driving occupancy and leading a team. With full control over financials, marketing, and operations, the right candidate will have the autonomy and resources to deliver real impact, backed by institutional ownership and a long-term investment plan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a luxury multifamily property
• Lead and support a team of leasing, maintenance, and community staff
• Manage property financials, including budgets, NOI, P&L, and variance reports
