Salary : $150,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Details

• Project Management : Lead and manage engineering and technician teams to ensure successful project completion.
• Coordination : Oversee structural design scope, coordinating efforts both in-house and with external consultants.
• Planning and Budgeting : Create, monitor, and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for design.
• Client Interaction : Serve as the primary contact for clients and contractors throughout design and construction phases.
• Quality Assurance : Develop and execute project-specific QA / QC plans.
• Mentorship : Support and mentor less-experienced staff, fostering their professional growth.
• Representation : Attend project meetings, representing Martin / Martin during design and construction phases.
• Relationship Building : Actively build and maintain strong client relationships.
