Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure smooth workflow

Support the management team in implementing company policies and procedures

Manage and motivate team members to achieve performance goals

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently

Assist in inventory management and stock control

Participate in staff scheduling and workforce management

Help maintain a clean and organized work environment

Contribute to cost control efforts and monitor expenses

Assist in training and onboarding new team members

Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics

Strong leadership and team management skills

Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
