Product Marketing Manager, Corporate Messaging

Freshworks is seeking a Product Marketing Manager Corporate Messaging to define and evolve the foundational messaging that powers our most visible narrativesfrom global keynotes and analyst briefings to vision decks strategic announcements and thought leadership.

This is a high-impact senior individual contributor role for a strategic storyteller who excels at distilling complex ideas into simple resonant messaging that moves audiences across industries and regions. You will collaborate closely with product leaders executives communications teams brand and field leadership to shape the way the world understands Freshworks and our people-first AI platform.

What Youll Own :

Foundational Messaging & Narrative Development

• Build maintain and evolve Freshworks foundational messaging frameworksvalue propositions narrative pillars differentiation and customer proof points.
• Own the central storytelling for major company moments : global events user conferences executive keynotes analyst briefings and strategic narratives.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment by developing messaging guidelines and maintaining consistency across product field comms and global marketing.

Please note this is a hybrid role with onsite expectations of 3x / week (Tues - Thurs) from either our San Mateo CA or Bellevue WA office locations.

Additional Information :

The annual base salary range for this position is  $152000 - $200000.  This role is also eligible for a target bonus.

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location experience job-related skills and level. Bonus / equity may be available.
