Lab Courier

As a Courier, you are a professional who delivers and maintains specimen integrity and solves client issues so that our caregivers can provide accurate analysis and quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities :

• Daily Assignments. Execute each courier route with efficiency, ensure the integrity of each delivery; access, navigate and send correspondence using designated computer.
• Customer Service. Perform duties in a professional and courteous manner, promote superior customer service and customer relations; use sound judgment to problem solve if client issues arise; understand and respect patient confidentiality.
• Documentation. Report equipment condition and notify coordinator of maintenance requirements.

NYS DL - valid New York State Driver's License - New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (NYSDMV)

Physical Requirements :

M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and / or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.
