What You'll Be Doing

From chronic conditions to emergency interventions, you'll be the go-to for respiratory support and guidance. Your day might include oxygen therapy, ventilator management, or walking a patient through their home equipment setup - all while being a key voice in a team that truly works together. Education, empathy, and hands-on skill all matter here.

A Few Must-Haves

• Active state license as a Respiratory Therapist.
• RRT certification preferred (or on the path to it).
• BLS and ACLS required. NRP is a nice bonus.
• Great communicator, calm under pressure, quick on your feet.
• Clinical experience is a plus, but if you're a driven new grad, you'll still fit right in.
