About this Position Join the Eastin Center for Career Readiness at the Spears School of Business and make a lasting impact helping students launch their careers! In this role, you’ll provide one-on-one career coaching to business students—supporting them in career exploration, resume development, interviewing, and job searches—while also leading the Spears Business Mentor Program. You’ll connect students with accomplished alumni, create engaging networking events, and drive the growth and visibility of this signature program. This position is perfect for someone who’s passionate about student success, relationship-building, and advancing the Eastin Center’s mission to prepare every student for career readiness and lifelong achievement. Required Qualifications Bachelor's (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date) One year of related experience Skills, Proficiencies, and / or Knowledge : Process assessment and process improvement skills. Exceptional organizational and attention to detail abilities. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectively multitask. Strong networking and relationship building abilities. Preferred Qualifications 3 years administrative experience and experience implementing new process or software solutions.
