Associate Partner Lead, Strategic Partnerships

Main responsibilities :
The Associate Partner Lead, Strategic Partnerships, is central to ensuring our retail media partnerships operate efficiently and deliver material positive financial impact to the business. You will be assigned to a book of strategic partners to manage or support. You will be exposed to a wide mix of partners e.g. ad-tech platforms, data technology companies, digital, in-store, or promotional media partners, research intelligence partners, or the like, to optimize health of the relationships to deliver our shared annual goals. This is a visible role across the organization that will require you to collaborate cross-functionally with leaders and counterparts to ensure their voice and perspective is integrated into the strategy and execution of the partnerships. You will primarily work with contracted vendors. Day to day tasks include reviewing performance against expectations, building and delivering a road map of growth. problem resolution, contract renewals, and driving direct partnership meetings. On an ongoing basis you will also be required to create and distribute partnership health, progress, and business performance reporting to the leadership team. The position is in office 4 days per week and will be based in Boise, Idaho or Pleasanton CA.
Main responsibilities :
- Support, maintain, and grow Strategic Partnership relationships focused on long-lasting partnerships.
- Meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly with your key partners to ensure on-time delivery of projects, unlocks and additional partnership needs are met and schedule, attend and participate in Partner's QBRs and Annual Reviews, ensuring regular cadence and productivity.
- Laser focused on business outcomes and driving revenue growth that propel Collective's product offerings and customer satisfaction along with consistent, repeatable achievement of partnership revenue and targets through disciplined forecast management.
- Build coalition and support of leadership teams throughout Albertsons and Albertsons Media Collective, Inclusive but not limited to : Marketing, Product, Engineering, Client Success Sales & Account Management Ops / Activation, Strategic Sourcing and Measurement Science teams.
- Understand and optimize Partner's contracts and amendments to maximize the value for our internal and external stakeholders and work closely with Strategic Sourcing and Privacy & Legal to ensure contract Albertsons negotiations, renewals, and amendments are aligned to the business practices and maximum value to Albertsons
- Report revenue numbers on a period-by-period basis to internal stakeholders. Provide justification on wins and losses.
- Increase technical and industry acumen delivering innovative ideas to accelerate Collective success and innovation.

Possess analytical and problem-solving skills to dig into data and financials that align partnership opportunities and risks with the organization's goals.Are Ultra-resourceful, detail oriented, master orchestrator of partners and internal stakeholders to ensure process and timelines are achieved.Have experience across diverse digital media solutions, including offsite platforms as well as owned digital and in- store media channels.Exhibit strong presentation skills and ability to articulate recommendations and updates to organization leaders during scheduled business reviews.Are experienced in a fast-paced, high-feedback environment and you thrive in ambiguous environmentsWe believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experiences :
You have 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or the equivalent.3+ years of experience in digital media / ad tech, data, CPG, or technology industry related roles.Travel 25-25% of the timeWe also provide a variety of benefits including :

Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.
Benefits may include, medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay, PTO / Vacation pay / Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (8-9 days annually) bereavement pay and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility). Associates in this position are also eligible for a quarterly bonus.
