Radiology Technologist Job Details

Location : Hummelstown, PA 17036 (Central Pennsylvania radiology jobs)

Assignment Length : 13 weeks

Healthcare Setting : Radiology Diagnostic Unit

Shift : Day shift, 8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday; options : 7 : 30am–3 : 30pm, 8am–4pm, 8 : 30am–4 : 30pm, or 9am–5pm)

Hours per Week : 40

Weekends : None

On-Call : None

Dress Code : Scrub tops and bottoms (no color preference)

Parking : Free onsite parking

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1920–$2060

Radiology Technologist Qualifications

Active ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification

Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Minimum 1 year experience as a Radiology Technologist or Rad Tech

Clinical proficiency in outpatient imaging, including adult and pediatric orthopedic and neuro imaging

Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Radiology Technologist Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiology procedures for adult and pediatric patients

Operate radiology imaging equipment safely and efficiently

Produce high-quality diagnostic images for accurate patient care

Maintain patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals

Comply with hospital policies and regulatory standards
