About The Role
We're seeking a Service Project Sales Manager to identify, develop, and close mechanical retrofit and replacement project opportunities. This is a consultative, relationship-focused sales role for someone who understands building systems and can translate customer needs into high-value solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities in commercial, industrial, institutional, and government markets
- Estimate and design HVAC / mechanical retrofit or replacement projects
- Create demand by offering value-added solutions that improve energy efficiency and system performance
- Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate project agreements
- Conduct site surveys and basic load calculations
- Partner with Service Operations to support project delivery
- Participate in industry groups and networking organizations
- Manage your sales pipeline and achieve annual sales targets
Qualifications
5+ years of outside sales experience10+ years of experience with HVAC retrofit projects (sales, estimating, PM, or service roles)Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering preferredStrong technical understanding of mechanical systemsExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organization and time-management abilitiesWhy Join Us
