Job descriptionKey Responsibilities : Communicate professionally and effectively with customers by phone and email to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction. Receive, review, and process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently. Partner closely with the sales and supply chain teams to coordinate customer needs and implement customer strategies. Work with the supply chain group to ensure accurate order releases based on forecasts and available inventory. Allocate and assign inventory to customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Research, resolve, and document issues related to customer service nonconformances. Support continuous improvement efforts within the customer service and supply chain functions. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing degree). Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). - $44,000–$54,000 + Bonus
