Make a real difference in addiction recovery at CMC : Berkshires, our 15-bed residential treatment center nestled on 200 acres in the beautiful Berkshire Mountains. For over 10 years, CMC has been transforming lives through compassionate , evidence-based treatment – and we're looking for dedicated weekend team members to join our mission.

Your Role

As a Recovery Specialist, you'll provide direct care, fostering community connections and supporting clients on their unique change path. This is hands-on, meaningful work where every interaction matters. You'll be part of a tight-knit team that believes deeply in people's capacity to change.
