Eastridge is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Call Center Manager to lead systems operations and ensure peak performance of a high-impact outbound call center. This position oversees server environments, network administration, call campaign management, and user supportempowering teams with reliable infrastructure and tools. What Youll Do
- Manage and maintain Windows servers, network switches, storage, and system software
- Monitor system performance, backups, and security; troubleshoot and resolve Tier III issues
- Oversee VoIP systems, call center hardware / software, and ensure campaign uptime
- Configure and run outbound call campaigns and IVRs; generate reports and call lists
- Collaborate with vendors, manage service providers, and support technology rollouts
- Ensure operational efficiency through proactive maintenance and user training
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of systems / network administration and infrastructure supportProficiency with Hyper-V, VMware, VoIP, SQL databases, and Windows environmentsExperience managing call center applications, campaigns, and performance metricsExcellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skillsCertifications such as MCSE, CCNA / CCNP, or A+ strongly preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work occasional evenings / weekendsBenefits
