Avani Healthcare East is seeking a travel nurse RN Care Manager for a travel nursing job in Vicksburg, Mississippi.

Job Description & Requirements

• Start Date : 12 / 22 / 2025
• Duration : 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift : 8 hours, days
• Employment Type : Travel
• Requirements :
• MS or Compact state license required
• Day shifts / 8a-4 : 30p with rotating weekend shifts / 8 hours shift / 5 shifts per week
• Locals are not allowed / travelers must be greater than 50 miles away from the facility
• Must have BLS, must have experience in both discharge planning and UR, 3+ years of Acute Hospital Case Management experience (preference for exp in travel)
• Additional facility info : Cerner is our EHR, CM uses MorCare for documentation and CarePort for referral system.  We are transitioning to a new referral system Oct. 28.
