What Youll Do :

• Lead IC projects end-to-end, from planning to tape-out.
• Manage a local team of 45 engineers and coordinate with global partners.
• Guide architecture, integration, and system-level design decisions.
• Ensure high-quality results while mitigating risks and solving complex challenges.

What You Bring :

Preferred : Experience with consumer products, Cadence tools, Matlab / Python / LabView, low-power designs.
