This role offers a unique opportunity for a Director with a background in accounting and / or financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to join our growing Data & Digital Services (DDS) Consulting Practice. The position involves relationship management and onsite client projects, with a focus on OneStream, within our rapidly expanding Corporate Performance Management (CPM) practice.

The successful candidate will execute end-to-end implementations, from system design to support, including pre-sales activities, staff development, project management, and communication with leadership and clients. A problem solver with a creative mindset, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn about clients' businesses will excel in this role. Experience with CPM tools like Workday Adaptive Planning and Oracle EPM is also valuable.

Responsibilities :

  • Participate in all client delivery activities within assigned accounts
  • Conduct training and prototype sessions
  • Develop and present design documents based on client requirements and manage CPM implementation design
  • Manage project scope, tasks, deadlines, budgets, and oversee project teams during CPM implementations
  • Assist in business development activities, including thought leadership and proposal development
  • Lead practice development initiatives aligned with firm and DDS strategies
  • Drive financial growth and talent development within the practice
  • Manage strategic business partnerships

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • At least 8 years of CPM implementation / delivery experience, with a minimum of 5 years focusing on OneStream
  • Minimum 8 years experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting / consolidation
  • Experience in consulting or professional services, with pre-sales / sales background preferred
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects
  • Willingness to travel approximately 35% of the time
