Registered Nurse - Outpatient Primary Care

Job Description : As a vital member of the ambulatory primary care team, the registered nurse plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care. This position primarily involves telephone triage, where you'll assess incoming calls to determine the urgency of medical concerns, identify the appropriate staff or provider response, and schedule appointments. Collaborating closely with the healthcare team, you'll utilize your critical thinking skills to evaluate patient needs and ensure they receive the right care at the right time. Every day, you will make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and your colleagues.

Experience : More than one year required.

On-call : This position does not require on-call duties.

Requirements :

• Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont is required.
• ADN is required; BSN is preferred.
• Relevant experience in the specific clinical area is necessary.
