NOTICE OF FILING OF APPLICATION UNDER THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR’S PERMANENT LABOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

An application concerning the employment of one or more alien workers for the following permanent position will be filed with the Department of Labor. This Notice of Filing will be posted for 10 consecutive business days, ending between 30 and 180 days before filing the permanent labor certification application.

POSITION TITLE : Gastroenterologist

POSITION DUTIES : Examine, diagnose & treat patients with digestive disorders at 4 facilities in Bronx, NY. Perform endoscopic procedures. Supervise residents.

RATE OF PAY : $250,000.00 per year.

The employer will pay or exceed the prevailing wage, as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor.

LOCATION OF EMPLOYMENT : 1650 Grand Concourse, Bronx, NY 10457, 199 Mt Eden Pkwy, Bronx, NY 10457 : 1265 Franklin Avenue, Bronx, NY 10456 : 2432 Grand Concourse Bronx, NY 10458.

JOB REQUIREMENTS : BC in Internal Medicine & certification of completion of Fellowship training in Gastroenterology. Must qualify for NYS Medical License.
