Job Requirements

• Very good experience in planning, executing and tracking the projects,
• Daily management through the life cycle of the program. Ensure projects are aligned with the strategic plan of the organization
• Update vet log with new projects / status on existing projects.
• Provide updates to PM’s on project status
• Create deliveries and coordinate with CFT on customer projects.
• Analyzing demand planning and production planning needs
• Provide day-to-day JIRA support for engineering planning to projects
• Making recommendations for changes to the JIRA network templates / Engineering Network / Template maintenance
• Liaison between project stakeholders (SCM, PL, DM, etc.) and engineering
• Support creation of engineering plans and department capacities to ensure the availability of labor to meet production requirements and delivery commitments
• Advising management of the statuses of engineering and drafting work in progress.
• Perform JIRA configuration activities, write functional specifications, test / validate functionality and follow change management processes
• Create user documentation including Work Instructions for the internal customers
