Position : Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Location : Hebbronville

Key Responsibilities :

• Personal Care : Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Medication Assistance : Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals and document medication administration accurately.
• Companionship : Offer companionship, emotional support, and engage in meaningful conversations to enhance the well-being of clients.
• Meal Preparation : Prepare nutritious meals in accordance with dietary restrictions and client preferences.
• Mobility Support : Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and exercises as needed.
• Safety and Health Monitoring : Observe and report changes in clients' health and well-being, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and report any concerns or issues to the care coordinator or nurse.
• Client-Centered Care : Provide personalized care that respects the dignity, preferences, and cultural backgrounds of each client.
