About the Role : Lead transformation, innovate & automate, drive data insights, leverage AI, collaborate & integrate, own key platforms, project management, enable adoption, reporting & communication, risk & issue management, process improvement.
What You'll Need : Bachelor's in Information Technology, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred). 5+ years in corporate tax and tax technology, with experience leading technology-enabled tax transformation projects. Advanced ERP expertise (Oracle Fusion ERP / EPM or similar), and hands-on experience with tax software platforms (e.g., ONESOURCE, Corptax, Orbitax). Proficiency in Power BI, Power Platform, Alteryx, SQL, and tax reporting tools. Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with IT, Finance, and external vendors. CPA or equivalent certification. Microsoft Power Platform and Alteryx Advanced certifications. Experience with ETL tools and APIs. Experience with tax process automation, data integration, and regulatory compliance in a multinational environment.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 92,000 USD - 131,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
