About this role :

As an Endocrinology Physician, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.?

• You will practice in a multi-specialty clinic in Ogden, Utah
• Support staff includes : 2 NPs, MAs, certified diabetes educators, and a diabetic nutritionist
• Diabetes educators are able to manage insulin changes, pump training, and diabetes management.
• Each patient will have a primary care physician and admissions go to the hospitalist program; endocrinologists will never be called to the ER
• Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group
• This position includes a?$30,000?starting bonus,?up to $20,000?in relocation assistance, fellowship stipend, and student loan repayment when applicable
• A 501c3 company
