Pay : $22.14 - $28.78 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Join Our Team! As a Lead Urgent Care Technician, you will be at the forefront of patient care, leading your team with your advanced knowledge and skills. You will provide crucial emergent and urgent patient care under the guidance of a physician or nurse.

• Assist in developing and evaluating departmental policies and procedures.
• Mentor and coach team members, focusing on productivity and quality management.
• Coordinate services, prioritize assignments, and promote effective decision-making.
• Handle complex issues with confidence or provide guidance to your team.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and decisive judgment in a fast-paced environment.
