Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patients' abilities and design individualized therapeutic approaches to help them reach their physical and emotional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams : Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical staff, and nurses to deliver holistic care that addresses all aspects of patient well-being.
• Guide Patients and Families : Provide education to patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and strategies to encourage ongoing progress outside clinical settings.
• Document and Track Progress : Monitor patients' clinical outcomes and adjust plans as needed to ensure effective rehabilitation.
