About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Chief AI Officer to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive AI strategy with a focus on driving measurable business impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the enterprise AI strategy, including its application in internal productivity, customer offerings, and managed services. This executive will also oversee the operation of the AI platform layer, establish AI governance, and ensure the responsible and ethical use of AI across the organization. Key responsibilities include driving AI adoption, managing AI economics, and leading co-innovation with technology partners. The role demands a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in AI / ML technologies, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in AI and technology management. Applicants for the SVP, Chief AI Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, with an advanced degree in AI, machine learning, or a related area strongly preferred. A minimum of 12 years' technology and AI leadership experience, including at least 5 years in senior executive roles, is required. The ideal candidate will have a history of building and scaling AI / ML platforms, driving AI strategy for business outcomes, and establishing AI governance frameworks. Technical expertise in AI / ML, large language models, and generative AI is essential, as is a strong understanding of AI safety, bias mitigation, and explainability. Leadership capabilities should include exceptional communication skills, experience in change management, and a track record of building and leading multidisciplinary AI teams.
